At Bart Mall, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order if they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Original packaging included
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Eligible Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Clearance merchandise
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
Requesting a Return
Customers must first contact support@bartmall.com with:
- Order number
- Product information
- Explanation of the return request
Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Refund Process
After inspection of the returned product, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically requires 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery and include supporting photographs.
